STEP 1:
Email your name and a description of the issue you are having using our submission form.
We provide service from 8am to 6pm (CST) Monday through Friday and also from 8am to 12pm Saturday and Sunday. Service may be available after hours for an additional charge.
STEP 2:
Our service professional will reply to you by email. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER! Should you agree to continue, our remote service options begin at $35 for the first 15 minutes.
STEP 3:
We can connect via video chat, email, or text to evaluate the problem. We will walk you through the entire process to inspect your issues remotely before nailing down a solution.
Once a solution has been found, we will decide together whether you need a physical service call from a local professional or if you can handle the job yourself.
